🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and replacements only under the following conditions:

  1. The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original labels, parts, and invoices.

  4. Certain electrical, wear-and-tear, or customized parts may not be eligible for return unless proven defective.

Note: Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase (Bank Transfer / UPI / Card).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (wrong or damaged item delivered).


🔁 Replacement Policy

If a product is defective or damaged, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
We will ship a replacement product after verifying the issue and receiving the returned item.
Replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical parts once installed

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

  • Products bought during clearance or special sale offers


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us unless the error is from our side.

  • If the return is approved for reasons such as wrong or damaged product, we will cover the shipping cost.

  • Use a reliable courier and share the tracking ID once shipped.


🧾 How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  2. Provide your Order ID, invoice number, and a clear photo/video of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


⚙️ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer service.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Refunds for canceled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
